Francis is a choral conductor and award-winning composer. His musical journey began as a chorister at Westminster Cathedral Choir School and he is now the Artistic Director of two choirs, Lucis and Noctis. Among his other roles, he is an Associate Lecturer at Bath Spa University, where he works as an accompanist and vocal coach, and a member of the ABRSM examiner panel.

Passionate about encouraging young people to sing, his recent collaborations with author Jamila Gavin have been performed by children all around the world.
